Silent oil free air compressor working principle and technical knowledge
Silence oil free compressor belongs to a miniature reciprocating piston compressor, its working principle is: motor single shaft to drive the compressor crankshaft rotates, through connecting rod drive, has the self-lubricating without adding any lubricant piston reciprocating motion, it consists of the inner wall of the cylinder, cylinder head and piston top surface of working volume will change periodically.
When the piston of the piston compressor starts to move from the cylinder cover, the working volume in the cylinder gradually increases, at this time, the air is along the intake pipe, push the inlet valve into the cylinder, until the working volume changes to maximum when the intake valve is closed;
When the piston of the piston compressor moves in the opposite direction, the working volume in the cylinder shrinks and the air pressure rises. When the pressure in the cylinder reaches and is slightly higher than the discharge pressure, the discharge valve opens and the gas is discharged from the cylinder.
Until the piston moves to the limit position, the discharge valve is closed. This process is repeated when the piston of the piston compressor moves in reverse again. Namely: the crankshaft of the piston compressor rotates around, the piston reciprocates once, and the process of air intake, compression and discharge is realized successively in the cylinder, which is to complete a working cycle. The structure design of the single shaft and double cylinder makes the air flow of the compressor twice that of the single cylinder when the rated speed is fixed, and the vibration noise control is well controlled.
Piston air compressors are generally classified by discharge pressure, discharge volume (volume flow), structure type and structural characteristics.
1. According to the exhaust pressure is divided into:
The discharge pressure of the low pressure air compressor is ≤ 1.0mpa
Medium pressure air compressor 1.0mpa < discharge pressure ≤10MPa
High pressure air compressor 10MPa < discharge pressure ≤100MPa
2. Connecting discharge size is divided into:
Small air compressor 1m3 / min < discharge ≤10m3 / min
Medium air compressor 10m3 / min < discharge ≤100m3 / min
Large air compressor discharge > 100m3 / min
The discharge volume of the air compressor refers to the free air flow in the suction state.
General provisions: shaft power < 15KW, discharge pressure ≤ 1.4mpa for micro air compressor.
3. According to the relative position between the center line of the cylinder and the ground, it is divided into:
Vertical air compressor – cylinder center line and the ground vertical arrangement.
Angle type air compressor – cylinder center line and the ground into a certain Angle (V, W, L, etc.).
Horizontal air compressor – the cylinder center line is parallel to the ground, and the cylinder is arranged on the crankshaft side.
Dynamic balance type air compressor – cylinder center line is parallel to the ground, the cylinder is symmetrically arranged on both sides of the crankshaft.
4. According to structural characteristics, it can be divided into
Single action – The air is compressed only on one side of the piston.
Double action – the air is compressed on both sides of the piston.
Water cooled – refers to the cylinder with cooling water jacket, water cooling.
- Fixed – the air compressor is fixed on the foundation.
- Mobile – The air compressor is placed on a mobile device for easy removal.
- Oil lubrication – refers to the cylinder oil lubrication, lubricating oil circulation lubrication of the motion mechanism.
- Oil-free lubrication – refers to the cylinder without oil lubrication, piston and cylinder for dry operation, but the transmission mechanism by lubricating oil circulation lubrication.
- No oil lubrication – the transmission mechanism in the cylinder is free of oil lubrication.
